不同株龄蒙古岩黄芪表型性状的变异特征

Variations in the phenotypic character of Hedysarum mongolicum at different ages

摘要: 选择陕西榆林靖边县毛乌素沙漠南缘已栽植55,28和8年的蒙古岩黄芪样地,对不同株龄蒙古岩黄芪的17种表型性状进行方差(单元)分析和主成分(多元)分析,发现各指标之间随株龄的增长均存在不同程度的差异,并将这些指标归为4个主成分。经过第一、二主成分排序,可以得出随株龄增长,不同株龄蒙古岩黄芪的3个植株(重复)在第一主成分上排序明显,分类效果较为显著。对这些主要因子与土壤的全氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、有机碳的含量进行了相关性分析。结果表明,一级侧枝长、二级侧枝总长及重量与氨态氮相关性显著,一级侧枝直径与速效磷和全钾含量也呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。

Abstract: The phenotypic characteristics of Hedysarum mongolicum at three different ages (55, 28 and 8 years) have been investigated at the edge of Mu Us Desert located in the Jingbian County of Yulin City in the Shaanxi Province. Variations in 17 morphological indexes have been analysed using one-way ANOVA and Principal Component Analysis. The study found that the17 phenotypic characteristics varied with the age of H. mongolicum and that the indexes can be categorized into four principal components. After sorting of the first and second principal components, the three H. mongolicum samples with different ages clearly sorted onto the first principal component as the age increased, and the classification were more significant. Correlation analysis between the 17 index scores and a range of rhizosphere factors (soil total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen total phosphorus, available phosphorus, total potassium and organic carbon) indicated that ammonium nitrogen was significantly negatively correlated with first-order root length, weight and second-order root length. First-order root diameter was also significantly negatively correlated with available phosphorus and total potassium.
