基于生态足迹法的疏勒河流域水资源承载力评价

A study on water resource carrying capacity in the Shule river basin based on ecological footprints

摘要: 利用生态足迹法研究了疏勒河流域水资源承载力与生态赤字,结果表明,疏勒河流域水资源承载力从2003年的1 696.35 hm2增加至2007年的1 925.26 hm2,增长幅度为13.5%;总生态足迹从2003年的19 714.23 hm2增加至2007年的32 236.35 hm2,增长幅度为63.5%;而生态赤字从2003年的18 017.88 hm2增加至2007年的30 311.08 hm2,增长幅度为68.2%。水资源负载指数结果表明,疏勒河流域水资源开发潜力不大。未来在水资源管理方面采取适度移民、加强民众的节水意识教育,以及调整产业结构,特别是不适宜再扩大种植业面积。

Abstract: Water resource carrying capacity and ecology deficit in the Shule river basin were studied using ecological footprints. The capacity gradually increased from 1 696.35 ha to 1 925.26 ha, the total ecological footprint from 19 714.23 ha to 32 236.35 ha, and ecological deficit from 18 017.88 ha to 30 311.08 ha from 2003 to 2007. The water resource ecological carrying capacity is presently overloaded in the Shule river basin. Because of increasing population growth and farmland expansion, there are more pressures on the regional water resources. In the future, measures such as taking an appropriate immigration policy, increasing public awareness of water conservation education, adjusting the industrial structure, and controlling the planting area should be carried out.
