摘要:
随着城乡居民生活水平的不断提高,农产品的消费结构正逐步转变,肉类食物的比重逐年增加,口粮作物占比逐步减少。从农业供给侧结构性改革的历史背景出发,回顾了农业供给侧结构性改革前后,粮食生产、饲草种植、畜牧养殖和畜产品供给的变化,总结了粮改饲政策在农业供给侧结构性改革中的成效,解读草食畜牧业发展规划和政策,从优化“粮―经―饲”三元结构,增饲草、增牛羊以及提升饲草科技支撑水平等方面展望了饲草产业发展的前景,为我国草牧业高质量发展和农牧业现代化建设政策研究提供了理论支撑。
