配方施肥对热研2号柱花草产量和品质的影响

Effect of formula fertilization on the yield and quality of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No.2

摘要: 以热研2号柱花草为研究对象,采用“3414”肥料试验方案,研究不同氮、磷、钾肥的配比对热研2号柱花草产量和品质的影响。结果表明,各施肥处理产量均显著高于不施肥处理,施N 4 kg/667 m2,P2O5 8 kg/667 m2,K2O 8 kg/667 m2(处理6),鲜草产量最高,为3 997.6 kg/667 m2。通过三元二次肥料效益函数求得热研2号柱花草的最佳施肥量为:N 4.33 kg/667 m2,P2O5 3.93 kg/667 m2,K2O 3.75 kg/667 m2,最佳经济产量为3 862.5 kg/667 m2。热研2号柱花草营养成分中,有粗蛋白和粗灰分含量在营养期高于初花期,粗纤维、粗脂肪和无氮浸出物在营养期低于初花期的规律。

Abstract: An experiment was carried out to study the effect of different N, P, K fertilizer treatments on the yield and quality of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No.2, according to the theory of “3414” regression optimum design, the result showed that: the yield of different treatments of formula fertilization is significantly higher than unfertilized application (CK), the highest fresh yield of 3 997.6 kg/667 m2 is reached by the application of N 4.33 kg/667 m2, P2O5 3.93 kg/667 m2 and K2O 3.75 kg/667 m2 (6th treatment). Under the three-factor model, the optimum fertilization amounts of S. guianensis. cv. Reyan No.2 are N 4.33 kg/667 m2, P2O5 3.93 kg/667 m2 and K2O 3.75 kg/667 m2, the optimum fresh yield is 3 862.5 kg/667 m2. There is a regular that in the vegetative stage, contents of crude protein (CP) and crude ash (Ash) are higher, contents of the crude fiber (CF), crude fat (EE) and nitrogen free extract (NFE) lower than in the early flower stage.
